What this does

Think of a car stuck in the snow. Pressing the gas harder only digs the wheels in deeper. You need to know which wheel is stuck, and then you need the right kind of push. GrowYourBiz Coach does that for a small business that has stopped growing.

It is built on a well-known small business growth and marketing method. That method says most stalled businesses are stuck on one or more of 9 common sticking points, such as losing out to competitors, sales that come in waves, competing only on price, tired marketing, or trying to do everything yourself. The coach asks questions to find yours, then walks you through the fix.

Getting started

1. Sign up with your first name and email.
2. Press Email me a code, then type the 6-digit code from your inbox. You only do this once per device. It keeps your saved conversations private to you.
3. Tell the coach what your business sells, to whom, roughly what your yearly sales are, and what feels stuck. Rough answers are fine.
4. Answer its questions one at a time. When it has enough, it names your sticking points, the fix for each with the math, and what to do first.
5. Or skip the interview and just ask a question, like "How do I stop competing on price?"
